The estimated delivery period is indicated on your order paperwork. After your order is submitted, our team will review the order and then contact you within 24 business hours to clarify any potential issues and ensure that your expectations will be met. Our staff will also confirm the estimated delivery period at this time. Sometimes an order will require a special order supply/material and/or special delivery equipment that may extend the estimated delivery period. If this is the case for your order, we will do our best to make you aware of this at this time. Once confirmed, we will send an email with a summary of the communication and next steps.
If your order is ‘build to order’, the production time is considered for the estimated delivery period. If your order is for an inventory unit, the estimated delivery period considers the time required for delivery efficiency.
Once we know when your order will be Ready to Deliver, we will estimate the delivery schedule and contact you for delivery confirmation. We will typically set a 2 to 4 hour delivery window and inform you of any special requirements.
Order fulfillment can be affected by weather, holidays, carrier equipment and many other events and for these reasons, Urban Shed Concepts cannot guarantee delivery times. Delays are very rare events and we promise to do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and maintain clear communication.

Hassle Free Delivery (and Delivery Costs)
Orders that qualify for Hassle Free delivery are delivered at no additional cost to you. The majority of orders within 35 miles of our manufacturing facility (located at 310 S 43rd Ave Phoenix, AZ 85009) qualify for Hassle Free delivery and the Shed Design consultant can confirm this when you place your order. Orders that do not qualify for Hassle Free delivery include (but are not limited to): orders requiring a delivery further than 35 miles from our manufacturing facility, orders for buildings with wall heights greater than 7 ft or length in excess of 16 ft OR for buildings with wall heights greater than 8 ft and length that exceeds 12 ft, and as long as our operations team is permitted to select the delivery method, which may include (but is not limited to): standard delivery equipment, on site builds, crane and or other.
If your order does not qualify for Hassle Free delivery, you will be notified when you place your order and additional delivery fees may apply.
Urban Shed Concepts is not responsible for any restrictions due to geographic location, inaccessible roads (dirt, gravel, dead ends, single lane, low hanging wires etc.), local covenants, neighborhood association laws or any other restrictions that would prevent the delivery of your order. If you have any delivery restrictions that would prevent a large truck from accessing delivery to the curb of your property please contact us prior to ordering. Urban Shed Concepts will not be responsible for any delivery costs incurred for undeliverable merchandise for any reason and these costs will be deducted from the customer refund. Urban Shed Concepts will not be responsible for any costs incurred for special delivery fees to deliver to an inaccessible area that requires special needs. Additional delivery fees for special needs will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for added services. Some remote locations are not serviced by our team and we do not guarantee delivery to these areas. If a change of address is needed after the order has shipped Urban Shed Concepts will charge a fee for this service called a reconsignment fee. All reconsignment service fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Urban Shed Concepts LLC reserves the right to modify and/or update the Hassle Free criteria at any time.
An important part of the delivery is to remember to review and inspect the delivered product for damage at the time of delivery. Drivers will present an inspection sheet that should be completed and signed by you or your representative after the delivery has been completed. The driver is responsible for recording photographs of the delivered product as well as collecting the results of your inspection and signature.
If the product has been damaged during delivery, you should record this on the inspection report as well as instructing the driver to take a photo of the damage. If damage is excessive, please refuse delivery. Our standard process is to repair any damage and redeliver, or if the damage is excessive, re-build the product and deliver at no cost to you. We must receive written communication of delivery damages within 48 hours of the delivery in order to be eligible for remedy.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every product that you purchase from Urban Shed Concepts LLC. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased from us, you may request a return of the product within 24 hours of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the delivery fees. Some products also incur a restocking fee. Please contact us for details on specific product restocking fees.
We will refund the product price minus restocking fees. Inbound and outbound delivery costs will not be refunded once the merchandise has been delivered. Orders that received discounted or free delivery will be charged for initial delivery cost as well as returning delivery cost. In some cases we do incur a restocking fee, which is passed on to you. Please contact us for details on specific product restocking fees. Order cancellations must be initiated within 24 hours after ordering or before order is fulfilled, whichever is first, to qualify for a full refund. After 24 hours or order has been fulfilled all fees will apply to cancel. Our goal is to fulfill quickly and we advise to please make sure you do not want to cancel prior to ordering.
If the product(s) have been used or tested in any way, it cannot be returned unless it is in a re-sellable condition and within 24 hours from the delivery date. It must be in its original box and all manuals, warranties, accessories and packing materials must be included. All returns will incur a restocking charge of 25% of the product(s) price. If products have been damaged or used this charge will increase or the return may be denied. The customer will also incur the expense of all delivery charges, even if the order was sent with free or discounted delivery. Inbound and outbound delivery costs will not be refunded once the product has been delivered. Orders that received discounted or free delivery will be charged for initial delivery cost as well as returning delivery cost. Delivery refusal will result in a refund minus restocking fees as well as inbound and outbound delivery fees. Do not refuse your delivery for any reason other than damage. Redelivery fees will apply. Once an order has left the warehouse for delivery all costs incurred by Urban Shed Concepts LLC to facilitate the order including inbound and outbound delivery costs as well as a restocking fee due to the warehouse will be deducted from the customer refund for all cancellations. Hiring any 3rd party builder or shipper outside of our terms will be the sole responsibility of the customer and we will not compensate for their fees, lost parts, claims or damages caused therein for any reason.
To initiate a return you must obtain a return authorization first. Please use the contact us form to send us all your order information and reason for return. All returns are handled via email to ensure proper communication and documentation. We will process your request and email you return instructions within 24 hrs. A $50 fee will be accessed, for any erroneous challenge to a legitimate credit card charge, which results in a charge back fee to us. Please work directly with us to avoid unnecessary charge back fees.
NOTE: Please make sure you have obtained any necessary permits prior to ordering. If the customer is required to obtain a permit for their area to use any of our outdoor products the customer is responsible for obtaining this permit prior to making their purchase. Urban Shed Concepts LLC will not be responsible for any permitting not approved. Check your local subdivision or living area rules and regulations prior to making your purchase. If the customer is not able to obtain a permit or not allowed to construct their structure in their area for any reason after ordering they will be responsible for inbound and outbound delivery charges as well as any restocking fees.
